Achieving occupant comfort has the significant major impact on the running cost of the building.

Our plan is geared to creating the needed family and private individual spaces and their linkage

to adjacent outdoor living spaces.

Allied to this, the plan gives the construction specification to the house elements whereby internal

spaces can be kept comfortable by passive means much of the time.

Supplementary heating and cooling then sets both the house running cost and meeting individual

variations in comfort demand.



As noted in the listing below, you may later also wish to purchase other related elements beyond the standard plan, for use a with builder or for regulatory compliance.
